Sustainability

We live in a world where we often want convenience and speed over doing the right thing for Mother Earth. We at Mister Botanical are doing our very best to be as sustainable as we can be.

The following are ways we try to make a difference:

• Using as little soft plastic as possible,

• Sorting out waste to reduce landfill as much as possible

  • Cardboard and paper in the recycling bin,

  • Soft plastic flower sleeves we collect, and return to a local floral sundries supplier,

  • Plant pots in the recycling,

• No use of floral foam, if we really have to, we will use BIO FOAM OASIS / Floral Wool,

• Buy as much locally grown flowers as we can,

• Educate customers on flower and plant care to get the most life out of them,

• Encourage customers to recycle the following:

• Soft plastic,

• Cardboard / paper,

• Recycle plant pots,

• Reuse our beautiful satin ribbons.
